14-day money-back guarantee

If you’re not happy, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment and you’ll get your money back in full — no questions asked.

Renewals

After the first 14 days, monthly payments are not refundable, but you can cancel anytime and you won’t be charged again. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.

How to request a refund

Our orders are processed by our reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record. To request a refund, reply to your Paddle receipt, visit paddle.net, or email us at support@spending.chat and we’ll take care of it. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
